Philmore Productions provides a Video Voicemail service designed to enhance business communication by enabling customers to access engaging video content that showcases your offerings and to contact your company through video messages.

• Callers can locate your voicemail box either by keyword-searching your business name or browsing our directory.
• Voicemail boxes can be configured with a single outgoing greeting (single-greeting box) or multiple greetings arranged hierarchically (tree box).
• Recipients can communicate with boxholders via phone call, email, SMS, or video message.
• Both outgoing and incoming videos can be up to 5 minutes in duration.
• Boxholders may set their outgoing greetings by recording videos directly, transferring videos from their device's camera app, or uploading files through our website.
• Incoming video messages are presented similarly to visual voicemail applications and can be viewed within the app, saved to the device's camera roll, or responded to with a call from the app.

Subscription Details and Terms

• The single-greeting box plan costs $9.99 per month and allows the boxholder to set one main video greeting of up to 5 minutes for callers.
• The tree box plan costs $19.99 per month and provides a main greeting along with up to nine sub-greetings for additional caller information.
• Your iTunes Account will be billed automatically upon subscription confirmation.
• The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours prior to the current billing period's end. Subscription management and auto-renewal settings are accessible through your account settings after purchase.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle.
• You have the option to change your subscription plan mid-cycle; any different pricing will apply starting from the next billing period.

Note that Video Voicemail is exclusively available to customers within the United States.
